    Distal femoral cut

    Intramedullary guide set at valgus angle.

    Tibial cut

    Perpendicular to mechanical axis with posterior slope per system.

  4. 04

    Gap balancing

    Equal, rectangular extension and flexion gaps.

  5. 05

    Trial & patella

    Assess tracking with no-thumb test.

  6. 06

    Cementing & closure

    Implant, remove excess cement, layered closure.
