    Mesoappendix

    Window at the base; divide mesoappendix with energy device.

  4. 04

    Base secured

    Loop ligatures or stapler on a healthy base.

  5. 05

    Retrieval & washout

    Specimen bag; targeted suction of purulent fluid.
