    CT checklist

    Cribriform plate, lamina papyracea, anterior ethmoid artery, Onodi cells.

  2. 02

    Decongestion & inspection

    Identify middle turbinate, uncinate, bulla.

  3. 03

    Uncinectomy

    Expose the natural maxillary ostium.

  4. 04

    Maxillary antrostomy

    Widen posteriorly into the natural ostium.

  5. 05

    Ethmoidectomy

    Open the bulla; stay medial to lamina papyracea.

  6. 06

    Review

    Check orbit and skull base; pack if required.
